Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Naturra Greenacres Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services Provided
Naturra Greenacres Tree Service provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Service estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from those observed during the initial assessment. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Invoices not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to late fees and collection actions.
If you dispute any charges, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your invoice. We will work with you to resolve any billing concerns promptly and fairly.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We make every effort to arrive at scheduled times, but weather conditions, equipment issues, or emergency situations may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, particularly for large projects where equipment and crew have been specifically allocated.
Property Access and Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has clear access to work areas. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and securing pets. Please inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features that could be affected by our work.
While we take great care to protect your property, some minor lawn damage may occur from equipment traffic. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize impact and will discuss any concerns before beginning work.
Liability and Insurance
Naturra Greenacres Tree Service carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to property that results from hidden defects, pre-existing conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tree work involves inherent risks, and outcomes cannot always be predicted with certainty. We use our best professional judgment and follow industry standards, but we cannot guarantee specific results or be held liable for natural tree responses to treatment or removal.
Permits and Regulations
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for tree work on your property. We can provide guidance on permit requirements, but ultimate responsibility for compliance with local regulations rests with the property owner. We reserve the right to refuse service if required permits have not been obtained.
Warranty and Guarantees
We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner using industry-standard techniques. However, we cannot guarantee the survival or health of trees following treatment, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health. If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days so we can address your concerns.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, property value changes, or aesthetic preferences.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
